Must:
I am looking for a candidate with proven experience in website administration, web development, or a related field. A strong understanding of website management tools, particularly the Shopify platform, is essential. You should also possess knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO best practices. Familiarity with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, is a plus. I value excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and collaboration abilities. You should be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt is important, and you should be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
In the role of Website Administrator, you will regularly update and maintain our website content, ensuring that all information is current and accurate. You'll monitor website performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems quickly. Coordination with design and development teams to implement website enhancements and updates will be part of your responsibilities. I expect you to optimize the website for speed, usability, and SEO, as well as support e-commerce platform integration, inventory updates, and payment gateway monitoring, if applicable. You will analyze website traffic and provide reports and recommendations for improvement. Additionally, collaborating with marketing teams to ensure alignment between the website and marketing strategies will be necessary. Technical support for internal teams regarding website-related queries will also be part of your role.
