Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for candidates with experience in software design and development for control systems.
- Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming is essential.
- A strong understanding of electrical schematics and control systems will be necessary.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills are important for this role.
- I expect strong organizational and time management abilities from applicants.
Responsibilities
- In this position, I will require you to train staff on PLC/HMI/SCADA systems and assist with customer demonstrations.
- You will conduct pre-order research and participate in control design meetings.
- Writing control specification documents and maintaining project documentation will be part of your duties.
- You will interpret electrical schematics and integrate hardware with HMIs.
- Designing and developing software for control systems using various platforms will be a key responsibility.
- I expect you to optimize existing software and assist with recipe management and reporting.
- Modifying and commissioning systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing customer training and support will also fall under your purview.
- Collaborating with team members on projects and assisting with breakdowns as needed will be crucial as well.
