Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for someone with proven experience leading customer operations or service delivery teams, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
- You should have a strong track record in managing customer onboarding, support, and day-to-day service operations.
- I need a candidate skilled in process improvement, team management, and operational performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
- Experience with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or similar platforms is required.
- You should be data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth business.
Responsibilities
- I will expect you to own the full customer operations function from initial client onboarding to ongoing service delivery.
- You will manage the daily operations of the support team, ensuring inbound calls and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Your role will involve designing and refining scalable processes to deliver a seamless customer experience and support future growth.
- You will oversee team performance, resource planning, and adherence to SLAs and service targets.
- It will be your responsibility to monitor and improve KPIs, including resolution time, CSAT, and team productivity.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Commercial) to feed operational insights into our business strategy will also be a key part of your role.
- I need you to maintain and improve customer support tools and systems (e.g., helpdesk, CRM, telephony platforms).
- Leading operational readiness for new feature rollouts, customer launches, or service changes will be part of your duties.
Description
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing SaaS company that provides smart, scalable solutions to a diverse customer base. As we expand, I am looking for a Head of Customer Operations to lead the day-to-day running of our customer support and service delivery functions. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on operational excellence, where you'll be responsible for ensuring customers receive timely, high-quality support while also overseeing client onboarding, service continuity, and process optimization. The position is based in London with a hybrid work model of 1-2 days per week in the office. The salary for this role is between £65,000 - £70,000, plus a benefits package, including private health insurance and a pension scheme. This is a high-impact role in a collaborative, ambitious SaaS company.
