Requirements
Must:
- 10-17 years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics
- Minimum 5 years in HR data modelling and SuccessFactors integration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in SAP Datasphere including Spaces, Connections, Data Flows, Views, and Analytical Models
- Knowledge of semantic modelling and business layer design
- Deep understanding of HR processes: Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance, Compensation
- Familiarity with HR KPIs and metrics
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors OData APIs
- Experience modelling data from Employee Central, Recruiting, and Compensation modules
- Skills in data management, including data harmonization, transformation, and governance
- Experience with MDFC/CDW or similar HR data warehouses
- Proficiency in SQL and data modelling best practices
- Knowledge of SAC Planning and integration with Datasphere
- Understanding of cloud architecture and security
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize HR data models in SAP Datasphere
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP Datasphere and SAP SuccessFactors
- Collaborate with teams for advanced analytics and planning
- Manage data flows and views in SAP Datasphere
- Develop semantic models and design business layers
- Harmonize and transform HR data ensuring governance
- Utilize SuccessFactors OData APIs for data integration
- Model data across Employee Central, Recruiting, and Compensation
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on HR processes and metrics
