Requirements
Must:
I am looking for a Senior Systems & Network Engineer with ample experience in systems engineering, particularly expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and Citrix products. Proficiency in Microsoft Server environments and Microsoft 365 management is essential. Experience with Azure-based disaster recovery and Microsoft Intune rollout would be highly advantageous. I value individuals who can work autonomously under tight project deadlines and deliver in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft Enterprise Server environments, both on-premise and in the cloud. You will work with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and implement scalable, future-proof solutions. Your key tasks will include designing, implementing, and managing VMware environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability, configuring and maintaining Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and Microsoft RDS for seamless application delivery, and enhancing security and resilience through Azure-based disaster recovery and WatchGuard firewall solutions. You will also support the Microsoft 365 migration (including SharePoint) and improvements in Microsoft Intune.
