Requirements
Must:
We require a Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field, along with 10 years of experience in Product Management and Marketing, preferably in the semiconductor industry or a similar complex technology sector. A strong knowledge of semiconductor products, applications, and markets is essential, as is the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and drive successful negotiations. We value proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and talent growth. Proficiency in English is a must, and knowledge of other languages is a plus. Additionally, you should be willing to travel internationally as needed.
Responsibilities
As the Global Product Manager, I will lead a team to develop and execute a product portfolio strategy aimed at enhancing our brand positioning. I will create product roadmaps based on market insights to unlock growth and differentiation, and define pricing strategies while supporting their execution to achieve revenue goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to optimizing our product management processes. I will also support competitor monitoring and apply insights to strengthen our market positioning, driving communication of product value propositions through various channels.
