Requirements
Must:
- Active SC Clearance
- At least 4 years of experience in IT Service Management principles and processes
- 2nd Line Support experience
- High level of proficiency and knowledge of working in a Corporate IT environment
- Experience in working to (and exceeding) Service Level Agreements
Desirable Qualifications:
- Certification from Microsoft
- ITIL V3/4 Foundation Qualification
- Working knowledge of Service Now
- Customer Service Experience
Responsibilities
As a Deskside & Technology Support Analyst, you will be expected to provide essential IT support in a full-time capacity in Manchester. You will be responsible for assisting with issues, ensuring service level agreements are met, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

We are an Engineering firm seeking SC Cleared Support professionals to join our team on a 6-month initial contract basis. The hourly rate for this position is £34 via Umbrella.
