Requirements
Must:
- I seek a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in C#, as it will be their primary programming language.
- A strong appreciation for object-oriented programming and the ability to design good quality, well-structured code is essential.
- The ideal applicant will have a routine practice of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and a unit test-first approach to their work.
- Familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodology and its associated ceremonies and artifacts is a must.
- Experience in building or modifying tables and stored procedures in SQL within a relational database system is important.
Responsibilities
- I expect our Software Engineers to engage in software development by writing code, creating unit tests, documentation, and resolving bugs as necessary.
- You will be actively involved as a member of your Scrum team, participating in sprint ceremonies and team events.
- The role includes utilizing agreed technical frameworks to design components of our software and contributing to larger projects within your team.
- Managing data relevant to your role, including conversion and test data generation, along with designing and creating necessary MS SQL database elements.
