Must:
We expect to see most of the following skills and experiences to be considered for this position:
- Proficiency in coding with ASP.Net Core / C#
- Experience with SQL dialects, including MySQL, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with Redis, ElasticSearch, and REST APIs
- Experience in Windows-based development, including services, tasks, and web servers (e.g. IIS)
- Integration experience with Magento or other open-source e-commerce platforms
- Sound knowledge of software architecture concepts such as design patterns, refactoring, and domain-driven design (DDD)
- Capability to integrate eCommerce systems with various other systems, including WMS, Finance, ERP, and payment systems
- Familiarity with cloud-native platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- We would also appreciate familiarity with other coding languages such as PHP, Python, and JavaScript, in addition to .Net Core / C#
- A willingness to explore, innovate, and work creatively with AI and emerging open-source technologies
Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact at our high-growth UK eCommerce company. We want you to take the lead in integration work, focusing on our eCommerce systems and their connection to various business systems across the company. You will closely collaborate with our Technical Director and the wider development team to analyze and enhance our current offerings. Although our systems are functional, we are eager to improve and innovate.

If you are an accomplished Systems Integration Developer ready to elevate your career in an established, growing, and successful eCommerce company with around 150 staff, we would love to hear from you. The position offers a salary range of £65,000 - £70,000, depending on experience, along with a 10% bonus and a competitive benefits package. The role is located in the Liverpool area and supports hybrid working (1-2 days in the office, with the remainder working from your home office). The location is very commutable, being accessible from Manchester, Wigan, Chester, St Helens, and Warrington.
