Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in building AI/ML systems, ideally with Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch).
- Deep understanding of LLMs, vector databases, prompt engineering, and multi-agent systems.
- Passion for building from scratch – you thrive in greenfield environments.
- Based in or near London, with the ability to be onsite once a week.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
- Build custom LLM pipelines, memory architectures, and tool-use frameworks.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI into real-world workflows.
- Contribute to the development of our proprietary AI platform – no plug-and-play, all innovation.
