Requirements
Must:
- Strong Python coding skills.
- Hands-On AI/ML Expertise: Built and deployed machine learning models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- LLM Expertise: Experience with large language models, including prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, agents, evaluation, and safety considerations.
- Research experience: Reading papers, prototyping, and implementing algorithms.
- MLOps knowledge: Strong grasp of CI/CD for models, version control, monitoring, and retraining pipelines.
- Practical experience deploying AI solutions on AWS.
- Experience with containerisation for deploying and scaling AI solutions (Docker).
- Fundamental knowledge of software engineering, including version control, CI/CD, and testing.
- Expertise in ML algorithms, model development, and lifecycle tools.
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into innovative AI solutions.
- Passion for staying current with the AI/ML research landscape.
