As a candidate for the Application Change Analyst position, I expect you to have experience working in an application or software analyst-related role, with a focus on change management and its impact on business needs and results. You must possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels. It is important that you have experience in documenting and assessing requirements to ensure that business needs are met through application and software changes. Experience within an Agile environment would be advantageous, as would any background in the insurance industry. A solid understanding of IT change is crucial, and while experience with insurance systems such as Acturis, SSP, or Aquarium is a plus, it is not mandatory.
