Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Technical Support
- Proficiency in Windows Server installation, configuration, and support for 3 years
- Experience with networks and infrastructure for 3 years
- Active Directory support experience for 3 years
- Strong hardware, software, and network troubleshooting skills
- Technical aptitude with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Attention to detail and a consistent service-driven approach
- Capability to form and maintain relationships with staff across all organizational levels
- Understanding of processes and procedures and adherence to them
- Starter/finisher mentality with a focus on continuous self-improvement and learning
- Excellent time management and scheduling skills
- A valid driving license and the ability to travel occasionally
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd to 3rd line hardware, software, and network support
- Support server, cloud, VoIP, mobile, and MDM systems
- Liaise with stakeholders and users to provide updates and scheduling information
- Conduct network and system administration tasks
- Manage build and configuration processes
- Offer onsite and remote support
- Balance a mix of reactive and proactive work
- Engage in project planning and execution
