As a member of the dynamic Munitions Central SHE Team, comprised of around 50 dedicated professionals, I will step into a high-impact opportunity. In this pivotal role, I will work across all functions, driving forward the Munitions SHE wellbeing strategy and spearheading business improvement initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of SHE Munitions (with chances to deputize), I will gain exceptional exposure across the organization, shaping real outcomes that matter.
