Requirements
Must:
- MSc or PhD in Mathematics, Physics, or a similar high-mathematics field.
- Over 5 years of experience in a research role focused on optimization.
- Proficient in commercial work with MATLAB or C++ for optimization algorithms.
- Experience with Python for building automation frameworks is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working on photonics products is highly desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Optimization Engineer, you will develop a greenfield project that we are building from scratch. You will lead a small, dedicated team and collaborate with customers internationally, utilizing the latest technologies within optoelectronics. Your work will contribute to world-changing technology, and you will guide your team toward successful project execution.

We are a rapidly expanding electronics manufacturer based in London, and we have recently received significant investment.
