Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with AWS and/or Azure infrastructure
- Knowledge of cloud IAM, networking, storage, and security best practices
- Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions (native or third-party)
- Strong communication skills and a consultative, problem-solving mindset
- Background in sales engineering, DevOps, solutions architecture, or technical support
Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored demos of AWS/Azure-based backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Lead technical discovery and guide customers through proof-of-concept (POC) stages
- Translate business needs into secure, scalable cloud architectures
- Respond to technical sections of RFPs and compliance questionnaires
- Support onboarding, implementation, and early adoption
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with strong AWS and/or Azure expertise to support both pre-sales and post-sales activities. In this customer-facing role, you will help organizations design, evaluate, and successfully implement cloud-based data protection strategies, playing a vital role from first contact through deployment.
