Requirements
Must:
- I have experience working with ERP & CRM systems, particularly IFS and Salesforce (though other systems are also welcome).
- I possess a strong understanding of SQL, data structures, and process automation.
- I have a proven ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- I demonstrate excellent communication skills, enabling me to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- I am highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in creating user guides and training materials is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- I provide support for ERP and business systems, resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- I lead or support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
- I identify inefficiencies and process gaps, implementing improvements to drive operational excellence.
- I configure, test, and deploy system changes, ensuring data integrity and consistent performance.
- I deliver user training, create support documentation, and promote best practices to enhance system adoption and usability.
- I support data reporting, analytics, and BI initiatives in collaboration with the wider technology and data teams.
- I contribute to change management, configuration control, and release planning in line with ITIL principles.
