Must:
We are looking for candidates with a proven experience in a leadership role, particularly in production support and/or software delivery. Proficiency in cloud concepts, preferably AWS, is essential. You should possess excellent communication skills, especially under pressure and with various stakeholders, from engineers to executives. The ability to foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, independent thinking, and collaboration is crucial. A strong focus on quality, automation, and client experience is also required, along with an excellent troubleshooting mindset.
Responsibilities
As our Site Reliability Engineering Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SRE team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining systems to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies for incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews to prevent future incidents. Working closely with business and technology teams, you will align their needs with our reliability and uptime goals, facilitating communication across global teams. Additionally, you will drive the development and adoption of automation tools to improve efficiency, establish comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems, and use data-driven insights to proactively identify and address potential issues. Promoting continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in SRE will be part of your responsibilities.
