Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst within an IT function.
- Proven experience in functional and non-functional requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization.
- Ability to produce and execute system/user test plans.
- Ability to lead a small team initially.
- Creation and completion of process documentation.
- Experience or exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Understanding of AGILE delivery methods.
- Experience or exposure to the telecommunications industry is desirable.
Responsibilities
- I will work with stakeholders to understand business plans and objectives.
- I will define, document, or review processes to ensure they are fit for purpose and support the delivery of business plans.
- I will be the lead Senior Business Analyst and represent the IT function on major projects and improvements.
- I will identify areas for improvement through analysis of KPIs and insights.
- I will support specific project activity with requirements gathering and produce documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- I will validate that delivered capabilities meet requirements.
- I will bridge the gap between business and IT by translating the non-technical into technical and vice versa.
- I will work with external vendors to define and deliver systems and IT-related changes or requests.
Description
The purpose of this role is to provide systems-focused Business Analyst skills and resources. I am looking for someone to be part of the systems team, splitting their focus between short-term tactical analysis and definition while being critical to ongoing continual systems improvements at a strategic level. The individual will be heavily involved with the future phases of an internal transformation project, emphasizing requirements elicitation and validation that focuses on systems capability and changes, leading to process, documentation, and guidance improvements across the wider business.
