Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in data integration development
- Strong knowledge of Unit4 and Learning Pool platforms
- Proficiency in SQL and MariaDB
- Familiarity with API development and integration
- Experience with data transformation techniques
- Understanding of data modeling and Power BI
- Ability to implement robust error-handling mechanisms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Responsibilities
- Deliver an integrated data platform combining workforce, learning, and performance data from various systems
- Develop ingestion pipelines, modeling, and API integrations
- Build integration to Learning Pool External Extended API for CRUD operations
- Implement mandatory and optional schema attributes for LMS users
- Create robust error-handling for all LP error codes
- Build transformation logic to unify data from Unit4 and Learning Pool
- Implement handling for Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs)
- Perform identity resolution for data
- Design schemas optimized for Power BI and semantic modeling
