IT Applications Support Manager

- A degree or achieved proficiency in SFIA skills at level 4 with demonstrable experience of assisting in developing, designing and delivering an effective Application Support service - Proven substantial information and/or technology experience with evidence of operating at a senior level in a substantial IT department - Experience of working with a wide range of information services and technology vendors and proactively performance managing the associated contracts - Experience of developing technical documentation including solution specifications, work packages and information and technology roadmaps - A record of team management experience or ILM qualification - Stakeholder engagement and influencing at all levels within a large, complex organisation - Experience of producing high-level designs for new solutions - Knowledge of current legislative requirements, governance and relevant policies and procedures associated with the management of information and technology
