Must:
We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager with extensive experience in a Microsoft .NET environment, particularly with C# .NET Core, SQL Server, and Angular. You should possess a minimum of 10 years in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. This includes responsibilities such as recruitment, budget management, and conducting annual reviews. You must demonstrate expertise in scaled software architecture, including performance, redundancy, failover, and clustering. Proficiency in API design, development, and production is also required. Additionally, experience with AWS, pipelines, containers, modern coding practices, and SOLID principles is essential.
Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will manage a squad of 5-10 developers and testers, promoting best practices in software development, architectural principles, and a modern DevOps culture. You’ll oversee the entire software development lifecycle, providing guidance from the inception to the release of major and minor product updates, including ongoing maintenance. You will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure adherence to SDLC processes, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices, code quality, and automation testing. Your leadership will also drive the adoption of industry standards, ensuring the team's success.
