Requirements
Must:
We require you to have a degree in a Computing or STEM discipline and at least 5 years of dedicated hands-on experience using:
- C#: Proficiency in web application programming, Visual Studio 2022, C#.NET MVC / .Net Core 8, Entity Framework, Webforms, Web APIs, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- SQL Server 2019/2022: Experience with TSQL queries, stored procedures/functions, views, database design, database administration, SSIS, and SSRS.
Desirable skills include:
- Blazor (DevExpress controls)
- JavaScript frameworks
- HTML5 (CSS, Bootstrap)
- GIT/Team Foundation Server
- WPF/MVVM
- ILS Web Server
- Azure Cloud Services
Responsibilities
In this BAU role, you will work on internal systems and prepare them for migration and modernization. Your tasks will involve approximately:
- 30% C# development (10% UI/Front End development)
- 30% database maintenance
- 40% supporting existing systems and business activities
You will be responsible for developing and supporting internal business processes, including financial management, client business management, and license control databases, as well as their associated intranet and internet systems interfaces. There is also scope for redesigning existing systems and implementing new systems from the ground up.
