- Experience with data transformation and unification processes
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data lakes
- Knowledge of Power BI and semantic modeling
- Ability to implement error-handling and identity resolution techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Deliver an integrated data platform combining multiple workforce and learning data systems
- Develop ingestion pipelines, data modelling, and necessary operational components
- Build integration with Learning Pool External Extended API for LMS user management
- Handle data transformation and implement Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD)
- Design schemas optimized for Power BI consumption
- Create robust error-handling mechanisms for various error codes
