Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience working in Trade floor support within Financial Services/Banking.
- A very customer-centric mindset with proactive thinking is essential.
- Experience with Market Data Applications.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will join a support team that is redefining how we deliver value. You will be involved in transitioning from reactive troubleshooting to a proactive, user-focused service model. Your responsibilities will include:
- Gaining deep insights into user needs and understanding system-wide impacts as part of Business Analysis.
- Driving user engagement and promoting effective tool usage through Adoption & Change initiatives.
- Ensuring that every user interaction is seamless, intuitive, and impactful, enhancing User Experience.
You will have the opportunity to help shape the future of support, resolving issues before they arise and educating users, while still operating within a traditional support framework in the short term. We are looking for forward-thinking professionals who can bridge the gap and lead our transition towards a smarter support experience.
