Requirements
Must:
We require strong technical leadership in infrastructure, particularly within a retail, ecommerce, or supply chain environment. You should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL), as well as managing hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP). A sound understanding of infrastructure and platform security principles is important, with exposure to DevSecOps workflows. You must have a proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, translating business needs into a technical strategy. Strong scripting capabilities (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) and excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in high-availability and mission-critical environments, are essential.

Responsibilities
In this pivotal, onsite role, I will take ownership of the design, deployment, and daily operations of core infrastructure (both cloud and on-prem) that supports our global ecommerce and supply chain platforms. I will lead and mentor a small infrastructure team while ensuring effective delivery, skills development, and operational excellence. Collaboration with the Head of Technology and CEO on infrastructure strategy will be key, aligning our initiatives with business goals and international expansion plans. I will also deliver resilient, secure, and scalable environments using infrastructure-as-code principles with Terraform and automation tools. Managing Windows and Linux systems, driving DevOps adoption, implementing high-availability systems, and ensuring compliance with security standards are all part of my responsibilities.

This is a visible leadership role with direct access to senior leadership, offering me the opportunity to shape infrastructure strategy for global operations.
