Requirements
Must:
We are looking for individuals who possess outstanding customer service and communication skills. Experience working under pressure, prioritizing workloads, and meeting tight deadlines is essential. While an IT qualification is preferred, it is not mandatory. Familiarity with Office 365 and SharePoint, along with knowledge of systems of control and the ability to follow clearly defined procedures, is also important.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will ensure that the right outcomes for customers are prioritized. I will support the business by providing first-line IT support for both internal and third-party systems. Key tasks will include logging and resolving ongoing incidents, service requests, and problems that affect business operations. I will proactively and accurately resolve queries by liaising across departments when necessary. Additionally, I will assist new internal joiners and external members with outbound contact and system setup. Managing multiple workloads across inboxes, phone contact, and Teams meetings while providing full support to all staff in relation to IT hardware and software issues will be crucial. I will ensure that the new starter process aligns with agreed SLAs, maintain and update the asset log, order replacement or new equipment, and install, remove, or upgrade software as needed.

This is a full-time, permanent office-based role, working 35 hours a week from Monday to Friday. We offer a company pension, a health and wellbeing program, and sick pay.
