Requirements

Must:
As a candidate, you should have previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. A strong knowledge of Office 365 and associated services (such as Exchange Online and SharePoint) is essential. You should be proficient with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy, and have experience with Windows Server technologies including Remote Desktop Services and Certificate Services. Familiarity with security appliances like SonicWALL, WatchGuard, or FortiGate is also important. Moreover, hands-on experience with virtualization platforms like Hyper-V and VMware, and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP/DNS, Firewalls) will be required. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset are crucial, alongside a passion for technology and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Senior Engineer, you will deliver 2nd and 3rd line remote support to our clients and act as an escalation point for complex technical issues. You will ensure the timely resolution of incidents in line with SLAs and maintain accurate and up-to-date support documentation. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to 1st and 2nd line engineers while identifying opportunities for process and efficiency improvements. Taking ownership of high-level incidents and driving them to resolution efficiently is a key part of your responsibilities, alongside contributing to service improvement initiatives that help shape the future of our technical operations.
