Requirements

Must:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Commercial experience with ASP.NET Core MVC. - Proficiency in using source control solutions such as TFS, ADO, and Git. - Experience with continuous deployment and continuous integration. - Competence in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies, including documentation, analysis, and testing. - Ability to design and build ETL packages using SSIS or DBT, working with various data sources and transformation methods. - A minimum of 5 years of commercial design and development experience with .NET, C#, and SQL Server or MySQL in an n-tier architecture environment. - Strong background in object-oriented development techniques. - Knowledge of solution design patterns and development best practices, such as SOA. - Experience in SQL Server or MySQL database design and development. - A proactive approach to personal learning and skill development, ensuring you stay updated on industry advancements.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will: - Be part of the Network Strategy & Engineering Systems & Tools Development Team, contributing to the successful running and expansion of our nationwide cable and mobile network. - Design, develop, test, configure, and deploy enterprise solutions hosted both on-premise and in the cloud. - Collaborate with junior team members on various projects while promoting our team's standards, processes, principles, and technologies. - Use established development tools and frameworks, including but not limited to ASP.NET Core MVC, Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server / Azure DevOps, SQL Server, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#. - Prepare and maintain code for various web-based .NET applications. - Participate in agile methodologies like scrum and Kanban, applying a Test-Driven Development (TDD) approach. - Lead agile meetings, code reviews, and sessions focused on coaching and knowledge sharing. - Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring comprehensive solutions are implemented. - Identify areas for modification and improvement in existing systems and create technical specifications and test plans. - Design systems to be self-monitoring, promoting DevOps principles, and efficiently fixing mission-critical bugs through design patterns. - Mentor junior developers and stay engaged with complex testing and identification of beneficial new technologies for the team. - Develop new reports and integration packages when required.
