Must:
We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in Azure AD and Microsoft 365 technologies design, implementation, and maintenance, including Intune. Proven experience with PowerShell for 365 administrative tasks is essential. Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows machines is also required. You should demonstrate the ability to administer Microsoft 365 at an enterprise scale. Familiarity with the Centre of Excellence toolkit for secure and efficient platform management is important. Experience supporting additional Microsoft 365 products such as OneDrive, Exchange, Power Apps, and Power Automate is preferred. An understanding of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for managing deployments is desirable but not required. While holding the MD-102: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate certification and/or other Microsoft M365 certifications would be advantageous, they are not essential.
Responsibilities
As our M365 Infrastructure Administrator, you will collaborate with the Head of IT, System Administrators, IT Service Desk, and specialists to establish policies, standards, and controls for platform security and efficiency. You will manage device and application deployment, configuration, and monitoring in an enterprise environment. Taking full ownership of the MS 365 Admin platform and its components is a key part of your role. Additionally, you will maintain system uptime and availability for platform users and develop and execute a platform roadmap focused on continuous improvement and new capabilities.
