Requirements
Must:
- I require a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM field.
- I look for candidates with development experience in C# .NET 8 (and above).
- I expect experience in developing web-based applications.
- I need someone fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- I value a strong quality culture.
- I seek knowledge in our core and perspective technologies: C#/.NET, Java, Spring, Backend API development, Angular, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
- Candidates should have experience with Unit Testing Frameworks and test automation tools, such as Cypress.
- Familiarity with API test automation tools, like jMeter and Reqnroll, is important.
- I prefer candidates who have experience working in a Scrum team using Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- You will demonstrate solid software engineering skills throughout all aspects of the development life cycle.
- You will participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture and design documents.
- You will develop and maintain full-stack application components and services.
- Implementing automated tests as part of the product CI/CD pipeline will be part of your duties.
- You will collaborate with peers to ensure successful product delivery.
- You will be accountable for the software you ship and for the overall success of the team.
- I encourage you to be part of a learning organization, always open to testing new ideas.
- You will be part of a product scrum team with a shared purpose, ready to assist each other.
- Additional roles and responsibilities may be assigned as required.
- I expect you to identify and discuss improvements to our processes and the team's way of working.
- You will ensure that all products and documents are developed in accordance with our development process.
