Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates with experience in C#, WPF, WinForms, SQL, and Oracle. A strong understanding of application development and system construction is essential. Familiarity with MS VBA for Excel and Access, MS VB, and MS Excel Macros is also required. You should demonstrate the ability to analyze business requirements, design application structures, and engage in database inquiry languages like T-SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of troubleshooting systems and supporting existing programs.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will comprehend business requirements and design application structures. You will program WPF applications in Visual C#.NET using both Oracle and SQL Server databases and perform user testing. Your duties will also involve drafting operation documents, providing user manuals, and supporting application development. Additionally, you will work on system constructions and provide support for existing WinForms applications. Your responsibilities extend to defining database objects, scripting for data inquiries, establishing system distribution methods, and troubleshooting system failures. You will follow programming policies, update MS .NET Framework and Visual .NET systems, liaise with relevant support teams, assess data processing impacts on databases, and coordinate with the Release manager during changes.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity, likely to extend, with a competitive rate of £400 per day (inside IR35). The role offers a flexible work environment with the option to work remotely or from Canary Wharf.
