Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee and manage multiple cross-functional squads and teams, fostering collaboration and a results-driven culture. You will mentor and guide team leads, providing them with technical and professional development support. Collaborating closely with product managers and stakeholders, you will align development efforts with strategic goals. Additionally, you will drive the design, implementation, and delivery of AI-driven software solutions for business decision-making, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and software development methodologies. You will implement and optimize agile processes across teams to ensure efficiency and productivity, advocating for continuous improvement in development cycles, tools, and technologies. As a liaison between teams, leadership, and stakeholders, you will ensure clear and transparent communication, regularly reporting on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
