Requirements
Must:
- Experience working with Carrier Grade UCaaS Platforms / Soft Switches.
- Confident in SIP troubleshooting and network diagnostics.
- Intermediate SIP troubleshooting knowledge.
- Hands-on experience working in a technical support environment.
- Knowledge of routers, switches, and customer LAN environments.
- Familiar with Microsoft Teams, contact center operations, reporting tools, and Cisco Webex.
Responsibilities
- Operate Exponential-e Voice platforms, including BroadSoft and Microsoft Teams.
- Ensure support tickets are updated and resolved within agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve issues as necessary.
- Assist the UC & CX Service Delivery Team when needed.
- Escalate complex issues to senior UCC Specialists or Architects.
- Provide occasional out-of-hours or on-site support for key UC services.
- Participate in the emergency on-call rota for out-of-hours support.
- Aim to establish knowledge and apply experience to existing customers within 3-6 months.
