Requirements
Must:
- Must have an Active SC or DV Clearance
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and 2022
- Deep experience with Active Directory and Group Policy design and support
- Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware NSX virtualisation
- Knowledge of Skype for Business and Exchange 2012 or 2016
- Good understanding of network design principles, firewalls, and WAN protocols
- Experience with McAfee AV and ePolicy Orchestrator
- Strong PowerShell and scripting capability
Responsibilities
- Manage incidents escalated from 1st and 2nd line teams across distributed environments
- Support live systems through structured change implementation and technical problem resolution
- Review and create Low Level Designs, build documentation, and Knowledge Base Articles
- Deliver knowledge transfer to customer teams and contribute to ongoing service improvement
- Support virtualised and secure infrastructure components within a complex estate
