Must:
We are looking for a User Researcher who has experience with a variety of research methodologies. You should be skilled in developing customer insights that contribute to highly interactive brand experiences and communications for web, mobile, and other digital applications. A strong background in techniques such as ethnographic research, generative research, quantitative research, workshops, third-party research, surveys, focus groups, social listening, prototyping, usability, and accessibility testing is essential. Ideal candidates will possess technical or statistical expertise, along with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in user research.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for using various research methodologies to extract valuable customer insights. You will interpret and analyze research data, mining it for relevant information that aids in enhancing user experiences. Your work will directly influence the design and effectiveness of web and mobile applications, ensuring they meet user needs and expectations.
Description
This is a 6-7 month contract position based in London, with the option for remote work and occasional travel to London. The compensation for this role is £490 per day, umbrella only.
