Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with the ACBS application within Corporate and IB Lending Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Finastra Fusion Loan IQ, either from an operational capacity or through an implementation/upgrade project, in areas such as Loan IQ configuration, business analysis, operations processes, loan servicing, and syndicated lending.
- Proven knowledge of Corporate and IB Lending processes and procedures.
- Proven ability to quickly learn, understand, and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Desirable skills include project management or delivery experience, understanding Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, knowledge of tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with lending/servicing knowledge across all debt products.
- Prior experience in loan operational support, including term loans, revolvers, and delayed draw term loans is preferred.
- Experience using Agile project management and knowledge of working closely with IT, Transformation, and Change areas.
Responsibilities
- I will work with technology teams, business stakeholders, operations users, and the Migration Technology Team to plan, manage, and execute system/process changes. This includes business analysis, current vs future gap analysis, requirements documentation, and the creation and execution of test scripts for the Wholesale Lending migration to the Loan IQ platform.
- I will run a Migration Pod to drive execution on data migration, risk & control, training, and business process alignment for both short-term and long-term changes.
- I will collaborate with the Wholesale Lending Servicing and Facility Capture teams to ensure compatibility and readiness of data for migration to the Loan IQ platform.
- I will take the lead on test migrations, dry run activities, and migration go-live, while also liaising with stakeholders for systems, process, and automation changes in Wholesale Lending Operations.
- I will support systems implementation and execution into Business-As-Usual (BAU) and provide guidance and issue escalation on-site in the business area.
- I will ensure continuous improvement in operational readiness by taking feedback from workstream leads and stakeholders to apply to delivery plans.
- I will communicate professionally and clearly, create presentation materials for transformation and project meetings, and extract and interpret data for presentations.
Description
The role is based in London, requiring 2-3 days on-site attendance. The position is set to last until December 31, 2026, with a compensation of £598. I will also co-manage migration deliverables with the offshore team and utilize strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize workloads. I may undertake other reasonable duties to meet the objectives of Wholesale Lending Operations.
