Must:
I am looking for someone who has experience in preparing test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, evidence collection, defect reports, and progress updates. You should have a strong background in performing functional, non-functional, and regression testing. Familiarity with the installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows Server 2012R2/2016 core roles and features is essential. Additionally, you should have experience in documenting test procedures and writing release notes, as well as a solid understanding of Microsoft Server 2012R2/2016 based technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Exchange, Skype for Business, and SQL.
Responsibilities
As the Integration Trials & Test Script Engineer - Servers, you will be responsible for writing Test Scripts for acceptance testing of our IT system. You will report to the project Test Managers and be integrated into the IT&T team. Your key responsibilities will include developing new Test Scripts, modifying existing ones for the Core/Hub Networks, and undertaking formal and informal testing in support of the System Test Plan and Test Script proving on the Test & Development Rig(s).

Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and the flexibility to respond to changing project time scales while prioritizing work are crucial. Knowledge or experience with military IS systems, as well as qualifications such as MCSE/MCSA for Server 2012R2 and familiarity with VMWARE VCP virtualisation capabilities (like VDI and multi-tenancy), will be preferred. Experience with Military Information Services, including NATO FAS and MOD Business management applications, is a plus. A firm grasp of PKI integration and utilization, along with experience in Defence PKI, is also desired. Familiarity with tools such as Confluence and Jira, and a background in working within Agile methodologies will be beneficial.
