Technical Project Manager - Acomb

- Lead the full lifecycle of AV projects, including planning, procurement, installation, integration, and commissioning. - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Manage expectations, provide clear communication, and ensure all AV deliverables meet or exceed client specifications. - Develop, manage, and track project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control across all phases. - Lead multidisciplinary teams including AV designers, engineers, programmers, and subcontractors. - Foster strong communication and collaboration to ensure seamless execution and technical excellence. - Build and maintain detailed project schedules, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep delivery on track. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation including technical drawings, change orders, commissioning reports, and client handover packs. - Provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients. - Ensure all AV installations comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., BS EN, AVIXA), safety protocols, and legal requirements. - Champion best practices in AV system integration and health & safety.
