Requirements

Must:
We are looking for skilled professionals with 5-10 years of experience in implementing, migrating, and supporting storage devices. You should have a strong knowledge of file and block storage technologies, particularly with Dell EMC storage devices and Unisphere. Familiarity with Brocade SAN Switches and SanNav is also essential. Additionally, we value strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. An awareness of ITIL Service Management, including incident and change management, is required. Desirable qualifications include experience with Veritas NetBackup, knowledge of NetApp and HP storage devices, and an understanding of HBA configuration, Multipathing, and server operating systems (Windows, Linux, AIX, Solaris).

In this role, you will perform implementation, upgrade, and migration project work for storage solutions. You will deliver high-quality 2nd to 3rd line support for storage devices and collaborate with the wider team to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery. It is important to proactively manage your personal workload to meet deadlines and project requirements.
