Requirements
Must:
- Active MoD security clearance
- Skilled in at least two of the following Cloud Services: Azure, AWS, Oracle
- Preferably have knowledge of MODCloud
Responsibilities
- Document the 'as is' and 'to be' for the applications in scope for BMFS cloud connectivity, including ports, protocols, routers, source destinations, etc.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define the service wrap process, engaging in discussions with our lead Solution Architect for the project, to review designs and processes.
- Contribute to daily stand-ups specifically scheduled for the Cloud Connectivity project.
Description
We are designing a Cloud Connectivity approach to support communication between cloud services, enabling backend systems hosted in different cloud service providers (CSPs) to exchange data securely and efficiently across cloud boundaries. This role will be integral to the wider project while focusing on individual customer needs to ensure everything is fit for purpose. The role is based in Corsham with a hybrid work arrangement and is set to start on 3rd November 2025, ending on 31st March 2026, offering a competitive rate of £595 per day via Umbrella.
