We are looking for a Software Development Lead who has proven experience in leading software development teams within fast-paced environments. You should have strong expertise in software design, architecture, and coding standards. Excellent problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and effective communication skills are essential for liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, along with a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement, is required. Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks, as well as experience with software development tools and environments, is necessary. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is also critical.
Responsibilities
As the Software Development Lead, you will lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. You will oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver solutions that meet business needs and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and documentation are adhered to. You will also drive technical innovation and stay abreast of industry trends to recommend new tools and methodologies, while effectively managing project timelines, priorities, and resources to ensure quality results are delivered on schedule.
