Requirements
Must:

- Deep knowledge of asset and configuration management principles and related tooling.
- Proven experience in financial services environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the ServiceNow product strategy for HAM, SAM, and CMDB.
- Define and maintain the roadmap, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver solutions that optimize asset and configuration management processes.
- Evaluate and integrate complementary tools within the broader IT asset and configuration ecosystem.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring effective governance and compliance.
Description
We offer a contract role located in Manchester with a hybrid work model, requiring three days per week onsite. The contract runs until March 6, 2026, with a daily rate of up to £613.34 Umbrella, inside IR35. All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
