Service Monitoring Analyst

We are actively looking to secure a Service Monitoring Analyst to join our team at Experis. Operating in a hybrid model from our location in Warwick, this role has an assignment length from 8th December 2025 to 4th December 2026, offering a competitive salary of up to £41,000 per annum. As a Service Monitoring Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and maintaining system performance for the NHS Electronic Staff Record (ESR), which is a key HR and payroll system supporting NHS Trusts across England and Wales. Your primary focus will be to ensure system reliability, performance, and availability while adhering to defined service levels.
