Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Service Designer or Interaction Designer
- Strong understanding of user journey mapping and service blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to create clear problem statements
- Ability to conduct user research and understand business needs
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams such as UX and Build teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and journeys
- Create user journey maps and service blueprints to visualize problem spaces and opportunities
- Collaborate with other Service Designers to provide guidance and support
- Review current services and identify constraints and dependencies
- Develop refined scope and documented user needs for design improvements
- Contribute to stakeholder updates and reports with design outputs
- Challenge the status quo to improve team working practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
