Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in service architecture or IT service design roles.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.
- Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and application landscapes.
- Ability to create detailed service models and operational documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain SC clearance.
- Ability to work with sensitive and classified information in compliance with government and organizational security policies.
- ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) preferred.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise or government environments preferred.
- Familiarity with service modeling tools and frameworks preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop service architectures that cover infrastructure, applications, and operational processes.
- Work with stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements for new or modified services.
- Ensure new services integrate effectively with existing ITSM processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management).
- Produce service design packages, including service models, operational procedures, and support documentation.
- Define service standards and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth transition from design to live operation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service performance and cost efficiency.
Description
