Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong knowledge of service management concepts and supply chains. You should have proven experience in operating model design for major IT systems. Additionally, you must be able to create clear, concise technical service documentation and feel confident leading teams while engaging with senior stakeholders. Qualifications in ITIL, ISO20000, or IT4IT (or an equivalent certification) are essential.
Responsibilities
As our Service Architect, you will lead the design of services for projects of varying complexity and value. You will develop end-to-end service designs that align with customer needs and define Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), pricing models, and underpinning contracts. Your role will also involve carrying out impact assessments and designing future operating models, producing service documentation, and specifying operational support requirements. You will identify and manage service-related risks, exclusions, and constraints while ensuring smooth transitions by specifying early life support requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to process and tooling design and integration and provide oversight and guidance to staff implementing service artifacts. You will influence solution design to maximize service stability and efficiency.
