Requirements
Must:
We seek a Senior Systems Engineer with proven experience in the following skills:
- Enterprise Level Specialist Infrastructure Support on Azure Active Directory, Cloud, AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop), Entra ID, O365, and VMware Virtualization.
- Knowledge of associated storage solutions including EMC and SANs.
- Proficiency in Windows Servers 2019/2022 and Proxy Servers (e.g., SmoothWall).
- Expertise in 3rd / 4th Line Technical Support, PowerShell, Scripting, Intune, Microsoft Auto Patch, and Azure Update Manager.
- General networking knowledge, specifically with Cisco and Palo Alto.
Responsibilities
As a key player in our Senior Infrastructure - Systems Team, I will expect you to provide Enterprise Level Specialist Infrastructure Support across various platforms, including:
- Microsoft Azure and O365
- All aspects of Active Directory and AAD, including detailed group policy and enterprise domain management.
- Azure AVD implementation.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and other detailed scripting languages.
- Management of server host hardware, SAN switches, and provisioning (e.g., EMC).
- Administration of Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2022 and Exchange 365, as well as Microsoft Intune Management.
- Creation and maintenance of documentation and technical designs for Cloud SaaS Solutions and Audio-Visual (AV) solutions.
- Leading technical projects and adapting to project requirements.
