Requirements
Must:
- At least 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off module
- Strong understanding of HR business processes
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Ability to work closely with clients to identify HR business challenges
- Proficient in analyzing and proposing solutions for complex issues
- Experience guiding team members and delivering value to clients
- Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (RCM/ONB, ECP, Compensation) is advantageous
- Experience with replication to S4 and SF integrations is a plus
- Preferred experience in ADM delivery and understanding of ITIL processes
- Minimum ITIL Foundation certification required
Responsibilities
- Engage closely with clients to understand their HR business challenges
- Analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions
- Guide and mentor other SuccessFactors team members
- Deliver high-value solutions to our clients
- Collaborate on integrations and ensure smooth data replication with S4
- Support ADM delivery initiatives with adherence to ITIL practices
Description
We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Senior Consultant for a contract position in Southampton, where you will work hybrid, spending 1-2 days per week onsite. We offer a competitive rate of up to £644 per day, with the requirement of active SC Clearance Eligibility.
