Requirements
Must:
- Experience with project lifecycle methodologies in both Agile and Waterfall.
- Proven track record of analysis assignments across a diverse range of projects, demonstrating a self-starter attitude.
- Extensive expertise in breaking down problems, creating options, and assessing feasibility.
- Strong experience in building and maintaining effective and trusted relationships at all levels, up to Director.
- Proficiency with various tools and techniques such as walkthroughs, requirements analysis, modeling, BPMN, Use Case, Activity Diagrams, and process/customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Teams, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Whiteboard).
- Desirable: Experience with Jira, Confluence, ARIS.
Responsibilities
- Lead specific strategic projects, utilizing advanced technical knowledge to create and test frameworks for strategy and long-term plan development.
- Conduct accurate, insightful, and timely analyses of short and long-term performance, deriving insights and identifying early indicators of issues or risks to strategy and delivery of objectives.
- Deliver specific projects that shape and progress various aspects of the strategic agenda, employing advanced knowledge of analytics and modeling to contribute to the overall strategic plan.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate functional and non-functional requirements, create use cases/user stories, and document processes as part of Mobile Networks projects.
Description
We are located in Bristol, offering a hybrid work model with a requirement of 3 days on-site. The position is for a 6-month duration, and we operate on an Umbrella basis, classified as Inside IR35. Our aim is to support the development of clear and insightful materials, making presentations in various forums to manage and maintain stakeholder interaction and engagement effectively.
